China is one of the countries with the longest history in the world. From the poems and songs in the culture and arts to the scenic spots and historical sites in the natural landscape, all showcase the unique charms of this great eastern country. In the world of watchmaking, especially entering the 21st century, watches decorated with Chinese elements have won the heart of many watch lovers with their unique design and cultural connotations.

In the watch design with Chinese characteristics, whether it is the big designs like dial and case, or small designs like movement and parts, all reflects the eternal fashion of Chinese style. Nowadays, wearing such watches is not only a simple acknowledgment of Chinese culture, but also a sign of trends and fashion.

AET REMOULD decided to create a timepiece with unique Chinese characteristics. After hundreds of drafts, the designer finally decided to focus on the giant panda, which is not only an endemic species of China, but also a national treasure. The animal has survived on Earth for 8 million years and is known as a living fossil, which also reflects China's long history.

AET REMOULD's designer has drawn the cozy life of giant pandas on the dial, as they leisurely eat and sleep. In fact, giant pandas live in dense bamboo forests and each day they spend half their time eating and the rest asleep.

In addition to depicting three pandas, the designer also added green bamboo forests to make the national treasure more vivid.

Daytona's classic chronograph counters have also been replaced with green, representing the bamboo forest, which better suits the scene on the dial. So are the numerals on the bezel.

The exquisite panda pattern on the dial is even more vivid with a sapphire case. This China Edition is limited to 5 pieces worldwide.
